I absolutely love your pilates workouts and do them everyday at home. Thank you so much, they make me feel so good. 😊 I would really love another full body toning pilates workout that is 20 - 25 minutes long with no equipment. I love oscillating between your Arms & Abs routine and your 30 minute full body toning workout. Thank you so much Lottie for the new uploads!! 💛💛😄

Dumb waiters *are* an old term, and tended to be found in elite houses in the past (early 1900s?). They’re literally just a little elevator in a house or building that food or laundry could be moved between floors with , so the lateral rotation is probably like the movement opening up the doors to access the dumb waiter contents depending on the style of dumb waiter.
