WALES | How To: Country & Setup Guide | DiRT Rally 2.0

Guide number 10 on all the Locations (at least Rally) in DiRT Rally 2.0, this time covering the welsh forests with the returning classic and fan favorite. As usual splitting it into a part about the driving pitfalls as well as giving tips and helpful recommendations on how to do the setup for Wales.

Yes, sir, I have to admit that you are one of the best rally instructors that I have seen in this dirt rally the company should make you do a whole rally school with this game like Richard Burns Rally with full rally school from start to finish from beginner to advance so ever one driving would get the full rally experience and enjoy the game better please keep up the good work and I really need setups on all the cars for every rally stages if possible once again thank you a fan, Richard Reid

It's the Wales Rally GB because it's the GB round of the WRC, but it's sponsored by the Welsh government (and held totally in Wales). I've not played DR1, but I would have liked Wales to be a bit more November and have pockets of icy patches in some of the dips.

another great guide, I shared your page on Reddit a few times since these are soo helpful, hope you saw that PJ (the community manager) shared your video in one of his official posts! Gotta agree that the feel of Wales is not as moody and grey as it was before, which I think is both better and worse, as a whole DR2 def has a big more color and saturation to it.

Nice video, but it hurts my brain to have you voice only on the left audio channel... :\ Please use both, and if you want a stereo effect, just make a 7ms delay between them (free tip xD)

@@skyrex2465 I love your Dirt 2.0 videos, I think they are the most detailed ones here on KZbin, you go to every single aspect of the game, you put a lot of effort on them! Did you tried WRC 8 already? How do it feels to you? I'm thinking to buy it, but I'm not sure if the physics are accurate enough for my taste...I would love to know your thoughts about it..

To be fair to the game, I was in Penmachno forest (2019 Stage of the rally) a week ago and it actually looked really close to Dirt Rally 2.0 vs Dirt Rally. Had light shafts at sunset breaking through the trees. Was pretty cool.. But yeah, there needs to be a misty generally glum atmosphere :'D

WRC8 is Epic Games exclusive, therefor a no-buy by default for me. Also still looks like a lacking detail in road-mesh resolution, as in WRC7 too.

@@skyrex2465 I've heard people say it's not as realistic as dirt unfortunately, it does have loads of stages though so that to me is really appealing. And also I wanted to thank you! I've gotten into the top 100 for the first time on Pant Mawr, Wales with the Lancia delta s4 with 2:51:673! I couldn't have done it without your advice. I really liked your video on advanced driving tips :)
