Happy father’s day to my TV dad, Chris Cuomo. This came just in time…I have been procrastinating certain things, so thanks for the encouragement. Also, I went to Pine Bush yesterday to the UFO Museum, upon entering the area, 😊I saw that there is a bridge named after Mario Cuomo. I had no idea…all these years I have been living in the tri-state area. He must have been a great leader! Happy heavenly fathers day to him for raising this guy in the video: Cuomo the mighty Leo! ♌️

Oh my, Chris. This is what I needed to hear.😄 I was just looking around my house thinking all that needs to be done. Unfortunately, my procrastination got worse after I had hip replacement surgery and having rheumatoid arthritis. Chronic pain all the time. You're awesome Chris. Great advice. Everyday brings more stuff we have to get done. Things get out of control quick when we procrastinate. What helps me is to use an eraser marker and write on the bathroom mirror what it is that I really need to take care of. That way, I have to look at it every time I look in the mirror until I do it. 😁 🌻 Have a nice day.

Don’t procrastinate. . .! ‘Carpet That Freakin Diem’ 😆😜😊 Seriously I couldn’t get anything done without making a list. Lists help you visualize, compartmentalize and prioritize. And don’t just make lists of things you should do. Make lists of things that would be fun to do as well.

Chris needs to stop procrastinating about covering all the bombshell scandals going on. Joe Biden's bank account scandal...Hunter's laptop...FBI whistleblowers... Chris how about a Walk & Talk on apathy. I'm struggling with it. I procrastinate because of it. And I isolate and avoid people and pretty much never leave my room. I too reached great professional heights. I too put in a good 10 years at University. I too got shit canned (after being abused by employer) then blackballed then no employment then eviction and then streets and it's so very scary. I had no family or friends to help me through. It's been 10 yrs and 3 months of hell... I am making through though Chris. I'm still here though and fighting to get back on the road of GIVING. Apathy... what do we do with it, Chris. How to free oneself from the hell of which is apathy. Thank you, Chris. Teresa

I can offer you a solution... a Swedish researcher and author called Bodil Jönsson, has defined our view on time in a way that deals with procrastination. She calls it preparation time. I, have added in my coaching, that if we build up some friction, we actually gain energy that is needed to act. Can you look at this way? And, I love lists too 🙂

So in this case, less was more, as we all know the meaning of it…mothers maybe more than Father’s… we know why… but please do not undermine the value of most fathers.
