The reason Maggie was absent so long was because Lauren Cohen had a dispute with her contact renewal. She wanted a raise since Maggie was in more episodes than when she first signed. Producers didn't budge, so she left the show to star in Whiskey Tango. That show was cancelled quickly and she came to terms to return to TWD.

They should have just paid her. Maggie was just about to enter her characters big Moments from the comics. she leads the war efforts against the whisperers as the leader of Hiltop. Her romance with Dante, balancing that with raising Sophia and Hershel, becoming president. She deserved the pay raise. SEASON 2 OG. One of 3 Characters left from the first 2 seasons. She deserved better. Just like Neve Campbell in Scream. Just respect your actors who built your franchise for you and pay them. it's not that hard.

I didn't get even close to Daryl without having about $300, but I gave the bracelets to Kelly to give to them. I don't know if they ever got them.

The show frequently likes to pay homage to other horror icons In this episode that shipwrecked boat featured at the beginning is homaging Jaws That is especially apparent if you look at those yellow barrels. Eugene has always been a bit of a voyeur He used to watch Abraham and Rosita go at it and they kind of let him The best comment I heard about describing the Rosita/Gabriel/Eugene/Siddiq situation is Three Men and a Baby I like that what could’ve easily been a petty rivalry between all of them is subverted into this weird family unit where they’ve got each other’s backs. Also while everyone seems to like the training session on the beach everyone also seems to forget that we owe that to even happening to Tara While still at the fair and before getting taken she organized that with Oceanside I felt that was a nice overlooked way of paying forward the community impact she left behind.

Crazy to think that 10 months ago back in July nearly a year ago already you just finished The Walking Dead Season 2 Sophia Dale And Shane’s deaths were trending and started Season 3 Season 11 had just started it was already pending meanwhile the people up to that date were waiting for the show to finish still can’t believe the show is ending soon what a hell of a journey it has been for TWD family.

What makes this premiere so great for me is the tension The paranoia You feel it build the whole time As if there’s a powder keg about to burst All this build up seems as if we are gonna make it out of the episode ok and the one peaceful moment we get at the end and out comes Alpha like a wild animal waking up out of her cave and her and Carol lock eyes Damn what a scene Those are two bad bitches right there It’s a shame because it seems like as if for months Carol was trying to get away from Alpha forget the barn and the pikes isolate herself on the boat and the one moment she wants to spend with Daryl and here comes her own worst enemy looking at her straight in the eyes That poor woman can’t catch a break.
