I have a bulging disc between L4 and L5. I tweaked my back two weeks ago. I'm past the muscle spasm phase, but that left side still hurts when standing and walking. In the past, bracing helped get rid of the pain while walking and standing. When I go through this walking exercise, should I be bracing at all? I'm having a hard time figuring out how to relax and kinda let go while also bracing.

What i do is, when i dont have sciatica i walk 3 times per day 20 mins. If i do feel the sciatica, i ride my bike.
