Cut expense... Plan your diet by getting self education depends on your body type.Expensive shoes are way comfortable but proper fit local brands will work as a wonder . Discipline is much needed..Dont start with brisk walking ..spend 1- 1.5 hrs of walking and make sure you are not using same maps(roads).. This will reduce good number of kg in a month.. No need for quick result with brisk walking .Go slow and shall maintain the weight loss and control for long time..core strength is important too.. Irrespective of age u shall go for walking...

எல்லாருடைய உடம்பும் ஒரே மாதிரி இல்லை. முதலில், நம் உடலில் ஏதாவது பிரச்சினை இருக்கா என்று test எடுத்து பாக்கணும். தைராய்டு, pcod, ஹார்மோன் problem, எதவாது இருக்கா என்று check பண்ணனும். எதுவும் இல்லை என்ற பட்சத்தில், உணவு கட்டுப்பாடு கொண்டு வர வேண்டும். காய்கறி, பழங்கள் அதிகமாய் உணவில் சேர்த்து வர வேண்டும். பிறகு, உடற் பயிற்சி செய்யுங்கள்.

Oru naalaiku 10000 steps nadakanumnu than scientific evidence iruku..its not steps when u go for walking.its total steps taken in one day..brisk walking for atleast 40mins is always best for overall health,both mrng and evening..niraya peruku ithu puriyala..10000 steps poganumnu dont force urself to walk for more than an hour..diet is very important for weight loss..walking pona mattum pathathu.

After workout, hair becomes more sweat...is it ok to do hair wash in plain water daily? Weekly twice with shampoo... A few suggests, it's not good to wet hair daily...kindly give yur view on this

Is good But I walk 20000 steps daily 15 to 16 km I was 120 kg I gained 95 kg in two months walk as much as you can 1000 steps is enough

2007 இல் ஓபன் ஹார்ட் சர்ஜரி செய்து கொண்டவன் நான். ஒரு நாளைக்கு 8000 ஸ்டெப்ஸ் நடக்கின்றேன் .. ஆனால் காலை மாலை என்று இரண்டாகப் பிரித்து ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் 40 நிமிடங்கள் நடக்கின்றேன் ... நான் 5 கி எடை குறைய வேண்டும். இது போதுமா.... !!! ( வயது 70 )

Actually walking even for one hour gives you benefit, asna calories vandhu kamiya dhan koraiyum. But neenha 15mins nala powerful yoga paneengana result kadaikum. Workout kooda panlam. Yoga panakula nariya stretch panuvom nala result kadaikum i have been walking so much these days. Weight koraikamudila but i felt energetic weight maintain aachu. So yoga/ workout + normal food diet( no junk, sugar) ah panale result kadaikum to be honest. Verum walking nambina perusa result theriyadhu

@@akkathambi8036 taking 1hr.45 minutes is too much my concern. I mean walking dead slow. Per minute 100 steps or above. Young and middle age people can walk 7500 steps in 45 minutes. those who having knee pain and seniors walk lesser count. As per WHO 100 steps per minute ok. 110 is very good. I'm taking 1hr 30 minutes to reach 10k steps round the clock. I'm 65.

@@akkathambi8036 Me too started weight loss journey 2021 Feb. Then I was 67kg. My ht. 153cm. To reduce 11 kg it took nearly 2 years. My target 52kg. It remains 56kg constantly for around 6 months. I'm not following any diet. Average lifestyle average food. Walking 10k steps, doing yoga and exercises for 90 minutes daily. In addition to that pranayama for 20 minutes morning & evening, meditation for 1/2 an hour morning only. That's all. No rich food or rich drinks.

Barefoot is gud if u walk in beach sand or grass ir smooth floor otherwise your foot will become rough..... however blood circulation is gud as it stimulates nerves ... wear socks and walk on foot
