Wow the part where keeping your goals, dreams and future projects to yourself is so real.

You probably won't read this Wanhee but I just had post-nut clarity after a couple of drinks and I started thinking about my entire life. I'm 28 now turning 29 soon when I got home I just opened up KZbin and saw your video on my notifs. And damn this video of yours HIT HOME for me. I'm thinking of moving to another country for work as I feel like I'm just not developing and growing as a person anymore in my own country (it's an extremely small and stressful one you prob can guess) ultimately seeking to develop in a different environment and I guess see where life takes me. Thank you for this video, appreciate it a lot.

Men should know that success isn't built on success. It's built on failure and frustration, and on fear that you have to overcome. That's what the e-book called Unveiling Your Hidden Potential' by Bruce Thornwood taught me. The best read I ever had.

Nah I already have that expectation anxiety at 21, don’t have to wait till 30 I’m speedrunning it

As a 27 year old, trust me bro you've got WAY more time than you think. If I think about all the things that happened between 21 and now it honestly feels like a life time. Just take a deep breath and realize that no one your age really has anything fully figured like they think they do or should. Keep calm and carry on 👌🏾

Its actually normal for peoplw over 30 to not have their shit together. People think we should have it all figured out by 30 but that's not true. Most people say their best years have been in their 40s and 50s. Thats when things tend to work out the most

4:05 I thought I was alone on this one, I was having nightmares about my Masters. I would wake up at night and the same bad dream would haunt me even after I had succesfully finished the exam. Currently recovering from burnout, good to listen Im not alone. Cheers.

Definitely a great vid. Felt the same when i got close to my 30s, did all sorts of jobs and it wasn't for me. Found a place I'm comfortable in, where work involves helping people. Society really puts that pressure on you, but stay true to yourself.

There is an article about the australia "bali 9" - basically 9 kids tried to smuggle heroin out of indonesia and got caught, the 2 ring leaders were handed the death sentence, a journalist said this about them, she said all of them came from different backgrounds, but have 2 common things: 1. they all want to belong 2. they are lack of confident I wish I learnt that when I was younger. Dont look up to people dont idolise people, look up to yourself learn who you are first

I found your channel a few weeks ago and now I dip in quite a lot. I love the way you think about things and present them. Simply, clearly, logically, step by step. What I was reminded of when looking at your training vids was a quote from a fallen idol: cyclist Lance Armstrong. "It's not about the bike". Message good even if the messenger turned out to be somewhat flawed. I am 64 and in the process of turning my life around. Completely. It's not a quick process. Started five years ago. Maybe three more to go. You have to put one brick in place at a time. But in today's video you talked about the vision thing. And a light went on in my head. I have acquired lots of skills and I realise that, in addition to the ones I've planned for I need some more. I won't share what the bubble is just yet. There's a long way to go. But maybe, one day, you'll get a message from me to say "hey I did this and you helped". Anyway, thank you for sharing. For what it's worth you deserve whatever comes your way. And then some.

Social pressures to conform are enormous! Many people in their 30s, 40s, and even 50s do not know what they want to do when they grow up, and what they want to do changes as they progress through life. Listen to your gut and intuition because your mind will trip you up. Sometimes, the logical path is different from the appropriate path for you.

Good video. I'm glad that you're now able to do this full time, Wanhee. You're doing well. Some of the things you mention remind me of something Arnold Schwarzenegger speaks of, in terms of having a vision and ignoring naysayers. It's great advice.

I am literally behind in life, my mother decided to pull me out of school at 6, ever since haven't had school, now in my 20s and finally allowed to choose for myself, I am so unbalanced and have so few skills that I have absolutely no idea how to continue and what paths I can even follow, as well as too old to go to school.

Thanks to your videos after many years I took up walking again and I do my best to walk between 12 and 18 kilometers a day. Within two months I lost 13 kilograms and need to lose at least 11 more. Walking and intermittent fasting have helped a lot.
