So glad you're here! Hope you've had a nice week. Do you have anything you've been thinking about this week? And I've love to know where-in-the-world you're from. For those who don't know, I'm from Utah.

Flexibility Adaptability Growth Taking inspiration from a curated collection of positive mindsets. then introspectively hearing the messages to comprehend our own interpretation. With a view of an open mind, that as individuals with different perspectives, that to some ppl the source is universe… to other ppl the source is creation through God. Acceptance that we are all different. this is my understanding of what you have conveyed in this KZbin video. As much as I remember my times of depression, like you said the focus needs to be on the times we were functioning well…then lead ourselves back to the wellness. each time we misstep or have bad times. The notion in my head “I remember the times I have been well I can get there again” (each time I recovered a little for a while… I realised as I age it was never going to be that vibrant teenager again, accepting the new pace to slow down in maturity, learning to forgive myself more) is what really kept me going to build myself back up. Along with inspirational talks from yourself and others I have listened to prior to finding your channel. ( over the years positive inspirational people have helped me along inspiring me) 💐Thank you today’s video, it resonates with me on my journey. 🌻thank you for sharing eloquently with caring narrative.🙏

What an interesting comment to read. I enjoyed it. Yes, accepting that we are all different is critical! I know what you mean about the age thing... Sometimes, I have to stop myself and say, "Hey - you're almost 67. You're doing great." It's so easy to keep that younger-woman version of yourself in your head and wonder why you can't keep up with her. I'm glad you enjoyed the video!

Yay for Utah! I love the mountains so much. We lived outside of the state for quite awhile and I was constantly getting lost. I need to see the mountains to know where I'm going. :-)

@@TowardsASimpleLife He is. I love that you changed the self affirmations to be about your relationship with Him❤️

Just came across your KZbin channel and could relate to a lot of them so I subscribed. I have had this same set of affirmation cards by Louise Hay for some time and did not understand them. Your suggestions of how to go through them will certainly help me now. Louise Hay’s books have helped me during times of negativity and depression. I don’t/didn’t do scrapbooking, but I have enjoyed making cards for family and friends for many, many years. I, also, believe that we were created by God and my life revolves around this belief because it always brings me peace and hope during rough times. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and life in these videos. God bless!

I'm so glad you enjoyed it and that was helpful to you. Card making and scrapbooking are sister crafts, I think. It sounds like we have some things in common. Nice to meet you!

I don't give the universe credit either. God created it. Every good and perfect gift comes from Him. I'm from North Carolina.

Thank you very much for this video. I really like Louise Hay. I didn't know she had these cards. I think they'd be really helpful in focusing on the positive and rewiring the brain for a happier state of being in life. I'm going to look into these! Thank you! I am from Texas. Living in the city of Wylie.😊Keep up the amazingly helpful videos!

This is brain retraining. I have been in a program called DNRS (dynamic neural retraining system). I have gotten better from CF, although not all the way. Some people have completely recovered with this program or a program like it. Just wanted to share that for anyone interested.
