Mate. A battle report thats under 20 mins? I need more of these. Good quality run down and to the point. Also. I happen to be painting a greenskins army atm and am using a similar yellow/orange scheme , so it was really encouraging to see your army. I was worried mine might look too garish and was thinking about starting over 😅

Yeah , was very lucky , Itchy Nuisance is a great spell vs big tough things. I'm thinking of changing my Orc Shaman to a Night Gobbo shaman so I have more access to it.

@@CreakyGamers You don't give yourself enough credit. Hiding that shaman was great and allowed that great hex / black orc charge combo that cemented your victory.

Nice killing the dragon! Remember you must charge 3” to get the furious charge bonus. Must have been very close 😅

The black orcs had to wheel to maximise the number of models in contact. When you wheel each model counts as having moved as far as the outside model. So they were at about 3” away but the wheel makes it well over 3”

Great report! How did you feel about the Arrer Boyz with the poison banner? Would you run them back?

I'm thinking 30 night goblin archers with that banner fishing for 6s with fanatics at the ready would be quite a strong throw away unit (or just cheese 🤔); Or do people like putting it on the Arrer boyz for more stand and shoot and melee power ??

They got better as the tourney went on , by game 3 and 4 I was deploying them better. I’d run them again , but my list for this weekend they got dropped for spider riders.

Yeah for sure , but it was his first game using the dragon so he threw it forward to see how it would go. If he hadn’t fluffed his attacks against the black orc he would have won the game . Itchy nuisance also helped the orcs at the right time

Night Gobbos with Fantatics are good , I only take one or 2 units at most , I can see 3 units with 9 fanatics being over the top. Boar Boyz are good Then everything else has it's place , it's a flexible army , not just one build.
