Come on. Let’s warm-up. For most of us, younger peeps the best warm-up for fast walking is slow walking. Plus as demonstrated since we’re here and especially when you’re older.Good video.

Hello. I have tendonopathy of the gluteal tendons and hamstrings, caused either by exercise or long walks. I am 40 years old, I live in Ukraine. I like to walk 6000-8000 steps 6 times a week, but pain in the greater trochanter and buttock interferes. Will these exercises help me?

Likely not - you should be treating the gluteal and hamstring tendinopathy and not just trying to walk through it.
