Very nice - but if I calculated times correctly... we're looking at 30 minutes for stretches for a 30 minute run ;)

Not quite 30min but close enough. Clearly gets the job done but it's impractical.

After experiencing a couple injuries, stretching just comes with the territory now. Invest the time to stretch and prevent injuries, or possibly get hurt and be forced into recovery anyway.

I have identified left cervical rib before 2 week past 6 month I have more pain in my shoulder and radiating pain through my left hand...now due to this pandemic am not able to go hospital....cane u help me!!! what excersice is helpful???
