I have a dracenea warneckii and is losing all the leaves at the bottom but the top looks pretty and healthy. can I cut the stem to propagate them?

All I know about this is don’t do it they will grow more healthy leaves so up to the leaves with dirt don’t over fertilize don’t over water

I have one and it’s leaves started to go yellow. Do they get sun burn? I had it in full sun.

Sorry for the long delay, but the Warneckii, like other plants grown for indoor use, cannot take direct sunlight - it'll burn the leaves. Needs to be in (bright) indirect light. Hope I'm not too late.
