Yep, the Smoothness of shifting was what I noticed when I went to 5.13 as I drove out of the shop. (but only had 37s on there). Just smooth.

On your fuel gauge have ever noticed that little arrow by that gas pump? It shows which side your gas is on.

I had no idea you’re in AZ! So cool. And I was in Tempe getting a photo of my truck with that wild cloud formation in the background, apparently the same day you were up shooting this video.

I’m running 35s on my JL 4-door Rubi (aka JLUR) w/ 4.10s & they’re perfect IMO. I won’t be going to 37s as this is my daily driver. I’ll be buying a Gladiator Sport S w/ tow package & that will have 37s, so we’ll see. Probably a good idea to run 5.13s for better long-distance performance., but won’t know until I live with it. Another good video sir! 👍🏻

As long as you keep the top speed below 70-75, the deep gears can actually have better mpg.

@zonacrs4 жыл бұрын
If you haven't recalibrated the speedometer for the 37" tires the gauge display is probably off by a few mpg. That build is effing sweet! Any plans for a supercharger? Check out Vivid Racing's video on a Magnuson roots blower, they are local here to the Phoenix area (Gilbert). Heck, maybe they might want to team up or sponsor.

Hey there Phil. Man I was noticing you while you were being filmed in your truck. I am thinking, "man Phil looks like Waylon Jennings did 40 years ago." Serious dude. Go back and check it out. I like the new name for your truck, "Mobmahal." Classic. Take care my friend. Vaughn

Hey dude thanks for the video. Is your diff cover the oem? Saw another video the guy suggested to replace the OEM diff cover cuz it is small size and not enough oil volume to keep the new gear cool for its longevity. FYI.

I like the way your Jeep looks bud , all honesty you go to remote off the grid locations do you trust the Jeep getting you there & back? Not being trying to be funny but honestly, I had a 2018 Jeep 4dr rubi , I broke down so many times in 3 years in deep canyons and locations with no cell service for hours on in , I finally traded it in for 18 Tacoma 4x4 off road and honestly have had no issues at all been to the same spots that I had been with my rubi and never had to get help , to get back home from breaking down . Just an honest question , I like your content good work bud 👍🏻
