The F-22 carries tech so advanced that we won't let anyone else have one. It isn't the stealth or computer systems that keep it at the top of the Secret Pile, because both of those were updated for the F-35. On top of that, literally, every...single...thing to come up against it has turned and ran as far and as fast as they were able - and not just in Iraq/Iran. I seem to recall they've chased off Russian MiGs off the West Coast a couple times. This little flight group family here almost went from play sports to committing genocide real quick. Thankfully the kid decided to leave his room and let everyone know he was alive. I don't think they would have regretted their actions afterwards but it definitely made talking to their bosses on Monday a little less awkward.

@@wrath4452 Just watched Hacksaw Ridge yesterday. It's a movie about Desmond Doss, the only man in WWII to earn a Congressional Medal of Honor as a conscientious objector and a combat medic. He saved 75 people by himself, while wounded, without a weapon. They had to tone down the real story for the movie because it was thought that the actual events would be too unbelievable for the movies. I'm keepin' Pvt. Doss on my mind today. Y'all should go and read about him if you've got a minute. He's an inspiration. So no way in heck has anyone shot down the F-22.

The only "video" i've seen was from a videogame (because the F-22 has no reason to go so low, also due to the graphics quality) and a downed Su-34 in Ukraine. Another one was one with propellers (because we all know the F22 is a prop driven aircraft!)
