That's a good question Gary, what I came up with is clout chasing. These types of cases brings notoriety to the people involved. If you do your research other states has brought RICO cases on known rappers thats gang affiliate and has won. But their cases were stronger against those rappers. This fake RICO case is all speculation and individuals who were committing crimes on their own. They just happen to be part of YSL in the beginning. These guys took plea deals for lesser time but they had to agree to testify against Young Thug and the others. The state hasn't proved anything yet, which leading to Young Thug is the leader or the other two defendants who the state speculate killed D.Thomas. All of this is for show? The jury is going forget some things if this trial continues. The case alone is the longest in GA and now it may be the longest in US.

This trial is based on all hearsay. I don’t condone violence, but if I was a juror my verdict would be not guilty. This entire trial has no evidence and no kind of structure. I never seen a prosecution team ill prepared and all their witnesses falsifying information including the detectives. The lawyers do not have sworn testimony copies of what the witnesses previously said only audible tapes . Prosecutors usually have this information to the witness stand so the witness can recall what they said previously.The tapes you can barely hear what the person actually said. The DA need some more training in cases before indicting individuals.
