Make the demand for rhino horns go go extinct. They are considered, like so many animal parts in Chinese medicine, to increase virility, which, of course, they do not. Yet, now rhino horns are being infused with viagra, so it appears to do this mythical act, it's disgusting!

This is a great video, not just because of angels like Jamie but seeing how young rhinos took to her, shows that we take for granted animals have emotions and intelligence of recognition. The rhinos recognized her and showed playfulness, caring and responded to her and the cat. I wish Jamie and coworkers continued success in protecting animals in their care.

I was brought up on a farm - because of those experiences I've been vegetarian most of my life and now I'm vegan - I just won't be a part of the cruelty. I have three rescue dogs. The most recent data has shown an increase in the White Rhino populations. I think for the 1st time in decades so their defense forces have deterred some poaching. Black Rhino are even more rare and their numbers have not rebounded. It’s Africa 😎

French Rider unless you grow and eat your own vegetables you are not a vegan. Many animals are killed when crops are harvested. Products such as adhesives, paint, fertilisers, detergents the list goes on all commonly contain animal products. Let alone the production of materials used in furniture and objects all around your home, would have likely attributed to the devastation of animals habitats and eventual deaths. The term Vegan doesn’t exist.

It's really sweet to see how gentle the rhinos are when showing affection to her. They always make sure not to hurt her when they are wanting to lay on her. Also, my cat can't even get along with other cats they'd probably just look at a rhino like "What the f?!"

Really!!!! Nice post. You should re-read that post when you become an adult. Those responsible for poaching are the END USERS, not the starving people who do the killing. These people have no choice if they want to feed their families. When you "TAKE THEM OUT" they are simply replaced by another man with hungry children. The end user still gets his Rhino horn and you never run out of fathers to take out. How nice!!!

27 years old and I would love to have the job of shooting poachers who kill endangered and defenseless species. Poachers know what is at risk when hunting illegal game. These animals have families and feelings yet they kill them for their resources. So I wouldn't feel an ounce of remorse for the Poacher or his family. In situations such as these I feel more for animals then for most of humanity and I think many people feel the same way.
