Great advice! I'll definitely be revisiting for the reminders. One thing I do to combat website tactics that promote a sense of urgency to buy (such as the "in 6 people's bags" on Depop or messages like "only 5 left") is I'll save the same or similar items from different sellers (as many as I can). That way, I see how many options there actually are to achieve the looks I desire. It helps me feel better about not making an immediate purchase and I know that something will be available when I am ready to purchase.

i’m sorry girl but i actually think a lot of this is really bad advice especially if someone who has a problem with shopping 😭😭 buying things for your potential trip to italy for example sounds nice but a lot of us will never actually make it to italy and someone could really easily convince themselves to buy something useless off of a mindset like that 😕
