Notice how downed enemies have a white outline when he runs past them? That means you can loot their bodies for stuff.

If you run out of bandages, you can always restore them in the fight club or from characters in pharmacies to whom you give contraband drugs. I wish I knew this earlier.

One tip I can add, is know about the save rollback. I had a glitch in the Kid Who Vanished quest where the wheel you need to cross didn’t stop. After restarting, looking on line w no help, and trying to find a way to backtrack (there isn’t one) I traveled back to Gizeh in hopes it would take me out of the tomb on return. It didn’t. I then found out about the save rollback, but it was moot because my prior saves were rewritten with my Gizeh activity. Gonna hope for an update but likely will have to start over.

@ hadn't even found any vendors until after I found Ernesto - still though, I have never had any problem with cash in this game. Although I'm probably exploring every nook and cranny far more thoroughly than the vast majority of players because I'm absurdly obsessive about it.

I literally had no idea I had my own pistol until four hours in. I knew he had a revolver in the movies because I'm a huge Indiana fan. Other than disguises, I suppose I didn't pay attention to my inventory. I have 10 repair kits or something, I didnt realize they were for the gun. I thought they were for cars. I was also unaware that you could return to previous areas. I appreciate the video. Has anyone tried to visit the Gizeh pyramids? I'm unable to approach one. I'd really like to go inside every pyramid! They seem like they might contain secrets and treasures!
