എനിക്ക് 66 വയസ്സായി. ചെറുപ്പം മുതൽ ഞാൻ കഴിക്കുന്ന ഒരു മെയിൻ ആഹാരം മുട്ട ആണ്. 22 വയസ്സ് മുതൽ 35 വയസ്സ് വരെ 4 മുട്ട വീതം കഴിച്ചു. ഓംലറ്റ്, പുഴുങ്ങിയത്, scrambled ഒക്കെ കഴിക്കും. ഇപ്പോൾ max. 3, minimum 2. 35 വയസ്സ് വരെ വിദേശത്തു ആയിരുന്നു. 35 വയസ്സ് മുതൽ നാട്ടിൽ കൃഷി ചെയ്തു ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. മുട്ട, fruits, vegs എല്ലാം 12 മാസവും കൃഷി ചെയ്തു ണ്ടാകുന്നു. ഫ്രൂട്സ് (ramputtan, mangostine, pappaya, Avukado, അങ്ങനെ നാടൻ ഒഴികെ ) ഒന്നും പുറത്ത് നിന്ന് വാങ്ങരുത്.

We are self sufficient in fruits (ramputtan, mangostine, mango, pineapple, gua, orange, custard apple, pappaya, Jack fruit, etc.) and vegs and our meal plate occupies 70% of above. For 30% protein, eggs are used (3 eggs as break fast ), or fish (rarely beef also used for a change).
