Its arguably the best episode of Seinfeld, but I would only recommend it after seeing at least a season's worth of Seinfeld before watching it. Elaine becoming a loser and Jerry being even-Steven is funny when you've spent over a season with these characters.

Great stuff. If you’ve watched any of the Curb Your Enthusiasm series on HBO, Larry David was the co-creator of ‘Seinfeld’, and much of George’s character is based upon Larry David, and some of George’s situations are based in part on LD’s quirks and life experiences. If you watch Curb you will more fully appreciate the impact Larry David had on the Seinfeld series. Even some of Jerry’s quirks are heavily influenced by the nature of LD.
