Received my kit last week, your dead on the packaging. Every part was well protected. The V3 spray pattern is top notch, and a kit that was simple for my tuner to apply it's benefit to my Taurus SHO. Don't let all the wiring spook any of you potential buyers. It really was designed to be stupid proof. And the kit did provide all I needed. My only mod i did was go to a brass T for boost. The T that comes with the kit is a very small and plastic. Other than that I rate this kit a 10.

Great video. Much of what you are saying has been confirmed by tests done for a Chrysler engine development program. A KZbin video was done on this (PowerTec 10, episode 95) which talked about achieving octane levels as high as 250!

In New Zealand we no longer have E85 so looking into water meth a bit more, I've only set one system up via a Link G4+ ecu and have become a bit of a convert. I'm looking to setup a system on all three of my cars Honda K24A and BMW135I and my JZA80 supra

I wonder what the actual charge air temperature drop difference is with the v3 nozzle. The 6.5s quicker temp drop means the charge air was cold enough to drop the temp of the thermocouple itself that much faster. I imagine that using an IAT sensor would react quicker and show the temperature drop more accurately.

My car is tuned with a 500cc v2 nozzle on a V1 kit , i use it on track days ,use to keep things cool and tiddy, idont need it sinceiuse 100oct but i do like the cooling benefits it brings....if i use the 500c on the older nozzle should i stick with 500c on the v3 or switch to 250cc to avoid it getting to rich on the mixture????

I would start with the 500cc and keep an eye on your AFRs making the necessary adjustments to the controller settings if you need to reduce the flow level.

Yes, the system can be used in non-intercooled setups, however for best results we recommend pairing the WMI with an intercooler when space allows.

Will the nozzle work for a pump that puts out 140PSI? I am building a budget kit and I believe this nozzle design is really advanced against competitor nozzles. I am wondering if the atomization will suffer or will it still function as intended. Thank you

Yes, the atomization will suffer at lower pressures, however it likely will still surpass the pattern of other nozzles on the market. For best results I recommend the AEM 200psi Water methanol Pump.

Can this kit be used with stock factory ECU ? I just want to spray water/Meth on my JDM H22A motor as an alternative to improve our poor fuel RON without the trouble of buying aftermarket ECU, TUNING and all .. My OBD2B motor mostly runs retard due to crappy fuel.

16:11 has a serious issue that invalidates the conclusions made about 6.5 seconds faster cooling time. The V2 was not flowing water at the beginning of the test. Looking at the bottom data plot, the "Water Flow" graph clearly shows that the flow rate for the V2 nozzle drops to zero and then build pressure again which takes about 2-3 seconds. Furthermore, the "Solenoid Trigger" graph clearly shows the solenoid close during this period. This time discrepancy accounts for most of the shift seen in the top temperature plots. You can even see that the "Pre Nozzle" plot for the V2 system is shifted right as well.
