I love shadows and the depth of sunshine made with water colours. I try at it - sometimes fail miserably but I enjoy doing and watching the process nevertheless. Thank you for this. It was a great company to my morning coffee. Shalom Salam 🙏💚

I came here for some quick “watercolour over pencil” help.. somehow now 27 minutes have come and gone lmao. Thank you, it was lovely to watch and hear your thought process throughout. I especially loved the illusion of movement on the leg from the guy in the front.

Thank you so much 😊🙏🏼 A big part of it is the looser pencil sketch (that I really tried keeping loose this time). Do you think it’s more interesting than with the more detailed pencil sketches?

Another nice demonstration....commented on as well. It leaves me dreaming, when I think that I spend three hours or three afternoons making a watercolour...! What I remember is that you have to capture and paint the essential. That's the hardest thing to do. Congratulations again on the performance of painting and explaining at the same time. Very useful for many of us...Thank you!

My watercolour professor forbid us to draw in advance with pencil or paint. It was really hard at first to resist outlining of any form, but overall I think it really helped me to see form rather than edges, and overall helped me to draw & paint more accurately on the first pass :)

Hello Liron. Great painting! You make this painting look so easy although there is so much happening here. I tried painting it 5 times already and failed. I have to say I am learning a lot from it though. There is value, color saturation, connected shapes, wet-on-wet, single strokes, perspective, proportions, dry brush techniques...etc to keep in mind while painting. I will keep trying till I get all the above "almost" right! Thanks!

Allergic to nickle as in Nickle azo yellow
@LironYan5 жыл бұрын
So yeah, as Chris says I’m allergic to nickel, and my favorite paint is Nickel Azo Yellow 😂 However - I have a new discovery. Turns out the cause for my rash was my MacBook pro!! As soon as I realized that may be the case - I made sure not to touch it. And guess what? After almost 1.5 years, the rash is finally gone almost completely!! 😁
@Bushy-735 жыл бұрын
Mac book pro......... Must be something in the case
@Bushy-735 жыл бұрын
Mac book pro giving you a rash, but the pigments in the paint may make the rash worse
@LironYan5 жыл бұрын
@@Bushy-73 I tested not touching the case for about a week, and the rash is almost completely gone. I'll have to experiment with removing the glove and seeing if that also leads to a rash. Plus - it's indeed the case. From what I read it has an alloy of aluminum and nickel / some other material. It seems to be VERY common, and a lot of people complain about it. We'll see (:
