Thanks! I detach from worrying about elderly father and terminally ill husband with biking, yardwork and on-line jigsaw puzzles. Once I'm in the zone I forget about everything.

Born in 1970. The gut health and clean products = got it since 2008. Yes, I started a really healthy life back then, when it comes to what I put in my body and on my skin/hair etc. Only organic! When it comes to my mental health it's not that easy. I'm HSP like you and during my childhood I was growing up with a narcissistic alcoholic father / cold mother. I still seem to be a magnet for toxic relationships even though I really try to create healthy relationships. Also I've been emotionally abused by my boss so now I'm suffering from a burnout and I know I need to change career path. . . That is stressful and causes anxiety. But I get a lot of help from watching your videos so thank you for everything you do. I live in Sweden so english is my 2nd language, but it's easy to understand you, because you are very articulate. ❤

Prepping. 'OK it's hot/I will dress light, it'll be crowded/I'll put my pods on. This is expensive/use emergency fund-need to replenish. Difficult person/boundaries up'. Bored? Look at future plans. This mindset helped a lot! Thanks Stephanie xo

I didn't get real anxiety until I met the Jekyll and Hyde covert narcissist. Best remedy for that is go no or low contact and work on becoming the best version of yourself.

You know what sucks? Being emotionally unstable and having to be a person who is already emotionally stable but having to have $400 to spare to actually get the help they actually need so that they can they can become a better functioning member of society and then can actually make 400 easily and blow it all easily as well.

Speaking of diets, can you tell us what you eat to stay healthy? I eat a lot of raw vegetables and greens since I hit 40 myself. My body was craving that stuff. Also lots of chicken and lean red meat. No alcohol or smoking. I also have a big garden to grow fresh food instead of store bought. You can tell the difference.

My anxiety comes out of nowhere. I can’t track it. And when it happens I get this annoying cough and I feel like I’m choking

I had only anxiety when I was very young. Sleeping at night in the dark. The best cure was a near death experience (Kundalini awakening) with 33. After that I never had anxiety anymore, except small things like falling down or hitting the head a bit. Even living with my narcissistic wife for 20 years did not lead to anxiety. I just did not understand what happened. But interesting to see that most people suffer from it. Thanks for the explanation 🤭👏

This is the insight I needed at the right time! I have been experiencing higher than normal anxiety and this provided me with the context to the reasons why I am feeling the way I am feeling. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏾🩷
