The story behind the song came on the radio immediately after I had left a message for my mentor about a dangerous place I was in my head. (Having a drink. i've been sober 10 years) God immediatlely came to my rescue and helped me put words to what I was thinking and feeling by the story. I was okay to be not okay.

The story behind this song is helping me so much. Recently my grandmother has passed away, my girlfriend cheated on me, then my grandmother’s sister passed away and her nephew. It was just so overwhelming and I didn’t know how to even mourn or let it out. Today I had finally let it all out and I was a wreak. I was told so many times to just move on and forget that it even happened. But after listening to the song and meaning behind it, it taught it’s okay to not even be okay. It’s okay to let it out.

I’ve heard it said that those who go through struggles and trials in their life usually become the best Christians.

That is true! But remember, try not always focusing on the negative things that are happening but yet focus continually on the positive.
