As for the day lights, I find this really usefull from a driver perspective. When the car is moving it supposed to have them on, so they would be visible on the road, regardles the weather or daytime. Even during the sunny day, if you are driving towards the sun, you are blinded, those lights of a car coming towards you are still visible and you can be warn that something is comming your way. There are numerous dash cam videos where the accident could be avoided if a driver doing a sudden manuveur in a limited visibility, hit a car with no lights on, simply because it was not visible on the road and the driver who caused the accident, had a limited information about the road situation and made a wrong decision.

It's also safty measure for people. If you are crossing parking lot or a street you can see which car is moving or will be moving towards you. Without lights on you might think it's still and when you start crossing street you might be run over.

about the drinking in public rights: city councils who are in general not as stupid as the government have the possibility to overturn this absurd law by designating some zones where the drinking is allowed. So f.ex. in Poznań where I live you literally have the signs saying "here you are allowed to drink alcohol" f.ex. at the Warta river

Oh yeah, the wildlife thing is taken very seriously here. And honestly rightfully so. If it wasn't some species would have died out long time ago. I thought it was common in Europe but apparently not. Few years ago one żubr crossed the border to Germany, it was the first wild żubr on German soil since the beginning of 20th century. Someone saw it and got scared so they informed the local authorities and they supposedly "didn't know what to do" and they SHOT IT. I honestly don't know what was going on inside those people's heads. I'm also very sad about the poor żubry that died here recently, but in this case I think soldiers didn't want that to happen BUT they should be more careful for sure.

That is only one reason why I want to leave my country and go to Poland. The Polish have a great respect for life and nature in general. Here ppl are scared of the most common things, if the press or TV tells them. No common sense. They go to the woods and want them empty, no animals, everything is automatically dangerous, if they encounter an animal, it must be wrong. At least they don't want it there, even better shot. 😢They would not build a proper fence for their chickens, but have all foxes killed. Then they tell you how dangerous rabies is which is not the topic, does not even exist anymore here, and the foxes are healthy, but they feel like they need to inform you about a disease they read about in school years ago to look smart. Just pure nonsense killing you daily. Maybe that's why I married a Pole, love the groundedness and life attitude ❤😂

3:08 - the logic is you inherit the whole estate. You either take upon all the deeds of your ancestor, both the prizes they earned through their life as well as punishments, or you denounce it. When you get in debt, the debtors are the first in line for the money of your estate, not your inheritors. That is cause you made a lawful contract with the lenders. Children have right to fruits of your life, but if you spoiled those fruits, it's your fault not lenders. This way people with deadly illnesses cannot just borrow absurd amounts and then die enriching their kids with someone's else money, but still can get into debt if they need for whatever reason. So it's actually a perfect solution. Well... except that you can inherit a hidden debt in some circumstances, but that's a quirk that can be worked out.

Where? In the UK it's called low beam and high beam. There is no requirement to have the headlights on here during the day. The law for the lights is actually all lights not daylight lights. Technically illegal not to have all the lights on but seems that newer cars that come with daylight lights no one cars even the police. I see the police all the time with no taillights. The issue I have is when there is fog or raining people think their lights are on and not so hard to see cars sometimes. The karp from what I read was from the EU. I remember seeing the live carp in the stores but now not so much. The thing is that Poles would leave in the bathtub for a few days to clean them in order to eat. The carp is still killed to sale so not sure what the agenda was here. On the phone in the crosswalk law came out last year or this year. New law. It went in effect with the new law that if you see a pedestrian coming to the crosswalk you have to stop. They do not need to wait to cross the cars must stop if it looks like someone wants to cross. Some of the others I have not heard before. For hands on wheel makes no sense as you need to shift when in the towns.

The weirdest Polish law for me is that a firearms license holder is not allowed to own even a single piece of ammunition without owning a matching firearm at the exact same time. So you have all the paperwork to go buy a gun together with as much ammo as you have the money for. However being in possession of ammo alone without a matching gun is by law equal to owning an illegal firearm. That's between 2 and 8 years of prison. Insane if you consider that it is fully legal to borrow guns and ammo at a shooting range. Someone can just eject an unused round out and drop it into your bag and by the time you exit the range you will technically be a felon. This even includes the caliber you are eligible to buy if you were to buy the firearm first. You can't even sell the gun alone and keep the ammo until you buy a replacement. In such a case you either buy a replacement first and then sell the first one, or sell the first one together with the ammo and when you buy the second one you buy ammo again. This absolutely retarded law can be traced back to the 1961 Bill of weapons, ammunition and explosives when all the legal guns were owned by the communist state and only leased to the selected officials.

Jeśli chodzi o soczewki i jazdę... Okulary mają 1.02, a soczewki chyba 1.06.
@maciejnowakowski6978
@maciejnowakowski6978 5 ай бұрын

Doesn't matter if it is a crosswalk with light or no lights. If you are using your phone in a way that signifficantly, limits your awarnes during crossing, that's an offence. You may talk on the phone while crossing if you are looking around you and and not on the screen. Same with the headphones. You must be aware during crossing so if your hearing is impaired by music, your eyes has to be able to monitor your surroundings. it is related with numerous accidents whre people were not paing attention to whats around them while crossing and they were either walking on "early red", were hit by an abmulance or other vechicles rushing for emergency or just bumping onto other peoples or cars that stopped on the 'zebra' in the traffic. You must remember that pedestrians while crossing the street are also obligated to the same laws as drivers- they are not "holy cows" so they must obey the same principles as the other users of the roads- limited trust, awarnes and safety percoutios adjusted to the circumstances and weather conditions. After all even if you had all the rights while crossing, you will tell that to the mortitian while they will be preparing you for the funeral after being unalived by the car that hit you. Stay safe

1:55 - I think this law is treated differently in Poland than in lot of countries. Like you said, in Latin America it is seen as unnecessary law, so it isn't a law. In western Europe it is an actual law. You won't ever see a German jaywalking unless he is running for his life. In Poland everyone agrees it should be a law... and that it should be broken on will. "Law" in Poland isn't actually that respected of a concept. It's like playing Munchkin - rules are only there to punish you if you get caught. Jaywalking is seen as a non-issue, cause if you paid enough attention to not get caught while doing it - you are doing it safely, while if you get caught - you clearly weren't paying attention and deserve to be punished. People live here by their morality, not "the Law". Law is what it is cause of history and that's the best we can do. Doesn't mean we will like it or follow it. Similarly treated are drugs or speeding and many more victimless crimes.
