Sweet camping spot. My last Tahoe snowshoeing attempt turned out into a microspikes day. The video reminded me that I eventually need full crampons.

I mean...if this ain't inspiring and generally making you feel good, I don't know what is! These short films are so well made and I eagerly look forward to each and every one. Cody, brother, the editing is spot on - well-paced, great choice of soundtrack, really really well done! And the amount of effort that would go into these - the mountaineering, let alone the filming, it really is inspiring. So happy to see this channel become what it is. Cody and Victoria are the A-team! You both get along so well. I find myself smiling often lol. Another great vid guys! Bravo!

That was an unbelievable spot. What a great wilderness- nature view during the day and then a town lighting up at night. I often tell snowmobile riders and campers out west how fortunate you are to have such terrain and freedoms. This doesn’t exist with such abundance on the east coast .

Thanks for creating this episode - I did not know about Mt Tulac, though we lived right under it at Fallen Leaf lake. The fun fact: The lake was created by at least two glaciers that traveled northward down the Glen Alpine Valley. If the glacier had continued instead of stopping, Fallen Leaf Lake would be a bay of Lake Tahoe, similar to nearby Emerald Bay.

This is some awesome content, you guys! If you don't mind me sharing this thought, I think you guys should try having a hot tent with a lightweight stove! I believe this would make such a huge difference in how you guys experience winter camping by eliminating the discomfort from the cold when you're trying to relax in your tent. Super worth it!

Ahhh this was so enjoyable to watch! Looks absolutely mesmerizing and you two have a great dynamic. Did you have a 3rd person filming some shots? Or you just set up the camera and walked back and forth each time? Because it looked like some shots that had you both in the distance were hand held or there was slight movement (maybe from the wind) - just wondering how that was done if not a 3rd person
