The funny thing is that despite the following AI being more comprehensive than even AAA games, the devs still had no idea how to just... make it wait???? so they put it in an invisible box once it gets to the color puzzle and tried to play it off as intentional and like it was "a predator". I wouldn't necessarily call it more comprehensive than AAA as a blanket statement, though some of them still have embarrassingly bad or just really simple AI. They're just so varied that it's hard to really say this, since AAA also includes some genuinely bad or low-effort games.

I was in the launch day stream, asking if banban 2 had actual length, why some parts of the game were how they were, talking about how i guess the guy in the ending just dehydrates cause the elevator just stops, and then getting mad because its 5$, likely only so long just so you couldnt refund it Also yeah i am very fearful for banban 3 which will probably release in a couple inches from now, and cost even more

You might have already messed with this, but in the second game, there's a softlock that I think could be made into something useful! When you're in the classroom section where you have to do the questions, you can walk into the 'outside' area (where you get the items to join different tables) before you even set foot in the classroom. It's completely in the dark, but everything is loaded, including the gum that you need to collect. If you complete all the tasks in the dark room, you hear the principle message and you can go back to class. When you're back in class you have to sit with the weird kids. Once you do all that you're sent back to the outside part but you can't do anything since you've already done it. This is the softlock. When you're in the outside bit you're allowed to pause again. (You can't pause when you walk in the 'school' or in classes) I was messing around with some settings and then when I went back to the gameplay I was able to control the drone. Not sure if this was because the game was already in a confused state or if simply opening settings/ pausing in that part removes the drone control lock, but I feel like at least SOME of this would be of worth to the incredible Garten of Ban Ban 2 speedrun strategy. (Did not think my life would come to posting banban speedrun ideas in comment sections)
