I know I don't drink enough water in a day, especially during quarantine - maybe you two could figure out an experiment about the effects of that? Like, how does dehydration impact your energy/appearance/cognition? Or, maybe you guys could drink the appropriate amount of fluid to stay hydrated, but do it with any beverage *besides* water (tea, coffee, soda, milk, you name it!). When I binge for 5 days straight I look 5x worse than what I normally look like. Almost can’t even recognize myself. When it was really bad and I was getting blacked out drunk everyday for like 2 months back in early 2020 I legit looked like a completely different dude. Scary stuff.

As someone who does indeed 'drink a lot', I'd say that I'd consider 12 full drinks in a day to be quite definitely a lot, and I really don't want to meet the guys who think that's just lightweight drinking.
