This was on Friday April 7th 2023, at approximately 1133, on Essex street in Salem Massachusetts. I was at home and I heard a call coming over the police scanner, that call was to move a homeless individual along that was sitting in public in front of CVS on Essex street. I got down there as soon as I could because as you guys have known my past couple of videos are highlighting the civil rights violations against some of the most vulnerable of our city. Had this happen to us! Bought food , walked to bench started eating. Karen walks by says nothing but glares. 5-10 minutes later Police roll up. Apparently I look threatening eating my food. I literally had to submit to the whole id thing and all (I.D state) while the police asked wife repeatedly if she was OK and if she felt threatened. finally wife, she got SUPER pissed and told the cops off. Cops handed back my I.d and just kinda faded away after that.
