Here to confirm the Cost Plus did change my life as an uninsured individual. CVS told me my meds would be $140 without insurance. Cost plus had them for $18. :)

Mike just to let you know I’ve been doing my taxes on Turbo Tax for 4+ years and it’s been free every single time. They attempt to get you to pay for certain upgrades, but it is not necessary.

If I recall, state is free, but federal is not. or vice versa. I believe its like 40$, and it takes it directly out of your refund .

My pharmacology professor helped develop the vaccine to eliminate sleeping sickness. I got my biotechnology masters in Decemeber 2019 and my project was on the efficiency of cannabinoids vs the standard antibiotics on the market because it was known we were going to get fucked up by a virus because of the way medicine is mishandled and abused. Covid isn't a conspiracy and neither is eradicating viral diseases.

uk resident here - daycare is the same here, it's 100% not free, you get some free hours but the vast majority is well over £1.5k monthly!

Brokers are the people who own the business that real estate agents hang their licenses at. They are in charge of overseeing paper work, and they are in charge of making sure the money is being held correctly. But they can also practice their own real estate. If you go to law school it counts as your 120 hours for real estate school (because the schooling is mostly on law anyways) but you still have to take your state exam to be licensed. You also can have a lawyer help you with a real estate transaction but you would have to pay them anyways so you might as well hire an agent that does really estate daily. Also you definitely don’t need an agent but you actually can’t look up everything on the internet. Zillow isn’t very accurate and you have to have a real estate license to access the MLS which has the most accurate information as well as first access to any properties. Sorry Mikes inaccurate “facts” were killing me😂

Uk resident here! It is not common to have 4 day weeks unless you specifically work part time so that’s a reduced salary. Also we don’t take off the whole summer, usually there is a need to take off part of it for childcare as kids are out of school and we don’t really have summer school or camp

I had both of my tragus’ pierced at different points in my life, and both became super inflamed and ended in me taking it out. Partially think it was bc i had a hoop both times, but also that area can be hard to heal. It sucks bc i loved that piercing:/
