Holy moly those top clamps are thin! I remember the early 2000s when i got my first 85, i tried out the Yamaha, they had such a throaty sound for a 85, almost 125 ish. Good stuff Mosiman!

@2216sammy Agreed. At least they gave some good updates in 2022 and not to mention they introduced the yz65 in 18 or 19. Like you said Yamaha is probably happy with the sales they get from 4 strokes, and just happy to still be selling 2 strokes with decent numbers. But as a Yamaha fan obviously, I wish they were trying to be more competitive with KTM in the 2 stroke category
