I love One Shot, I use it all the time. But man, at $68 a quart it can hit your wallet. Also, I cringed at seeing the paint around the lip lol. The guy that taught me how to letter signs was a stickler on keeping the can clean, so I use the trick of taking 2 pieces of tape and making them into a "V" and taping it to the lip. you pour, and throw the tape away. no mess, no fuss, and you save the paint from going bad in the can

My dad had his sign company with some sign painters working with this was back in the 60s 70s and 80s I used to watch the sign painters paint logos on trucks billboards whatever what is skill lost skill no one uses it anymore everyone uses decals they used to use one shot when I was a little kid that was back in the early 60s good American company thanks for the videos always a good time

Awesome to see the pinstriping and the weathering method; pinstriping is a lost art and only a handful can still do it. I use similar techniques for weathering when I do my Warhammer 40k figures. My buddy and I are doing a Scout project and he wants to leave the patina so I will definitely refer to this video when we finish the body work, paint the new sheet metal and clear coat it.

I used adhesive pin-striping on my car....didn't turn out so good....wavy lines.....I didn't have a guideline....and the sticky part sometimes took a bend....or stretched....my unsteady hands won't allow me to use actual paint....... :-(
