Great tour, Renzo. I like the Doc Phillips area. I think the upstairs was a wasted opportunity except for the bedroom. There's not a bunch of use up there as presented. However, the house had many great features . Many thanks for all you do.

@RenzoM4 I think you mix it up very well as is. I'm very familiar with Palm Coast as I have bought and sold many lots there. To me and many others, we would like to get close to the coasts but far enough away to beat the high insurance rates and weather issues. Personally, I like more Hvac details as in Florida that is important. The Renzo factor is unlike most you give inside pricing details to help your clients get a fair deal and at some personal risk. I used to do that in my own business, and many didn't appreciate the inside scoop. ( not real-estate) We do. Many Thanks.....

What is with builders making homes with garbage wire shelves? Natural gas is a plus but that open floorplan is stupid. Sliding doors are easy entry by criminals. Small lot, no backyard all taken up by the pool. HOA is a hard pass! That house is 600k max 800k is being greedy.

These builders are dumb. Spend an extra $250 per closet and get rid of cheap wire closet racks. Literally could spend 0.5% extra on an $800k house and make all closets look custom.
