Oh my gosh this was such an amazing, motivational video, and these guys were the perfect group. I loved their group chat and how this helped each of them. Shoutout to everyone that exercises daily without the need for a personal trainer or a challenge video. I'm not dissing anyone that does, I'm just giving credit to those that do it daily. If you're young, there's no reason to be overweight (unless you're sick), I lost 25kg in 3-4 months without a gym membership

I live in LA. Heard about soulcycle for forever. I wish I could afford it. Now I am a bear (overweight gay man). But in my younger days I was sooooo into spinning. I still have my shoes with clips. Spinning IS THE BEST. Even if you're a loner or don't like people spinning is the only thing that ever game me the same zen as running or yoga. Honestly if you're scared but are interested... Try spinning. It'll give you life. You can do it. Start in the back and begin at your own pace. Between the music and the awesome instructors... You will get addicted.
