It’s not the exact weight he’s looking for. It’s the amount of pressure each leg is pushing down per pound. Basically an imbalance in one of the legs. So 130 on each side means both legs are about the same with muscle, bone, and fat in terms of weight, but they’re both pushing down with the same pressure.

Cinesterg True not accurately enough to get it down to 1-2% from the actual body weight sure. But you can still get very close, just be discerning with your eye. Especially if you work in the industry, and he sir is N.O.T 15%. I know professional athletes that are 15% body fat when bulking he is still overweight. And that’s just the truth of it.

@@bigmcdick4916 It's not. Current research suggests 30 minutes of cardio 5+ times a week to see most benefits but suggests an hour 5+ times a week for losing weight. Thirty minutes three times a week is grossly underestimating the amount of cardio you need.

- That's not 7.1% - No basic compound movements (squats, bench, deadlift) - you cant gain 12 pounds of muscle in 2 months (without steroids or rebound) - You can't feed the muscle and starve fan, your body constantly changes from catabolism and anabolism, you can't have both - you can't weigh yourself on 2 scales like that, human error will likely screw up the results - losing 40 pounds in 60 days is not realistic, generally sustainable fatloss is

@Edith Donjuans losing 40 pounds is possible sure even though extremely hard but losing 40 pounds of fat while gaining 12.75 pounds of muscle in just 2 months makes no sense. For example when u go on a diet to lose weight, fat is not the only thing affected, you lose muscle mass as well. These numbers are 100% fake... numbers lie but your eyes do not and you can see that the difference is not much. Buzzfeed is the devil I know it for a fact now. Feeding false information and politically correct b.s since the day it was created.

It’s possible, it just sucks and isn’t really healthy. Most of the people who do this constantly eat the same stuff throughout the week with no breaks or cheats in between. It’s mentally draining. The muscle growth can be supplemental with BCAAs before/after workouts and if they’re getting good sleep at night (muscle growth and recovery is enhanced when in a deep state of sleep)

@KNACK 2 THA FUTURE Nope. You can just be really skinny. When I was in high school my doctor gave me a body fat test, but a real one where you hold two metal grips and it measures your fat through electric impulses, and I was 3% body fat. He put me on a diet because of how skinny I was. I didn't have any muscle at all though, I couldn't even do a pushup. Now after years of eating well and actually exercising, I'm finally at a good weight and muscle definition.
