Oh yeah...I've never gone with the ''coincident'' angle into this before. That makes sense, coincident does happen, the person could have just taken too much lipstick on, tried to remove some of it but not ruining her look, threw the paper in the toilet, it landed sideways and stuck, and forgot to flush, the next person comes hours later, do their thing and flush, thus the stain is there.
