Wonderful tour of Framlingham.I was there in the early 1980's when my brother was stationed as RAF Bentwaters. I made it half way up the stairs to go on to the wall and my fear of heights kicked.I couldn't go up and I couldn't go down.Thankfully my brother talked me down or I'd still be stuck in the staircase.Thank you for all the historical information!! I really liked this video. The history of the castle was interesting. I live near ish, near Halesworth and Bungay area. I visited Framlingham Castle a long time ago. And didn't get long enough time to look inside the shop, or red brick building. I assumed that some people lived in there. But you showing us round. Has made me really want to go back and make sure to have plenty of time. So thankyou for sharing .

I have rewatched tonight on the big screen and loved the tour and the interesting history of the people who occupied the Castle. What an incredible list of notable owners over the Centuries. Framlingham has such beautiful countryside scenery and I really like the fact that I get to view these Castles in the warm comfort of my home whilst you Tatyana, and Selmar, unfortunately have to endure the cold weather to film it all! ❄️⛄️ I was thinking too of Deisel’s little legs covering all those outside areas and envisaged him riding in one of those little ‘animal prams’ when he gets too tired to cover a lot of ground on these trips?😅 I agree - joining English Heritage is such good value too. We joined just for a three week visit to England many years ago and it proved to be well worth it. 🏰❤️

Morning Selmar & Tatyana, so much history in these Castles! It was an amazing tour. I don't think it was easy to enter in the medieval times, even though there was no mout, the outside was quite steep and the wall so thick and tall. It looks to me at places flint stones were used, it made me think of the other cathedrals you visited and the brick were long and thin, and they all were an orange colour. Suffolk and Norfolk is amazing. The ruling families at the time were always in these private battles, taking, then restoring and handing back. Those were difficult times but amazing for us to dwell back on the history. Thank you so much sharing and showing us and giving us a more detailed story of what life was about in the 1600 and 1700's. It was a lovely video. Kind regards.

Gosh you are so knowledgeable about British history Tatyana! I live on the North Norfolk coast and have visited lots of these beautiful places....but still don't know...or retain! any info.
