Wish we could help but there is only two ways to migrate here, either by marriage and obtaining a residence permit or finding a job here in LT. Plus, I think there are much easier places in Europe to retire. It gets very cold here in LT. I would look into Portugal, Greece or Spain (very affordable). South East Asia (like Thailand or Vietnam) is also a great option, very cheap to live, weather is very similar to the Caribbean and people are super nice and welcoming. Some good options in the Caribbean too like St Kitts or Barbados. Life is very peaceful and simple in these countries but could also be pricey 😢
