Is very good to muck in and work alongside your employees, I've seen some Japanese videos where even the managers/owners are mopping floors and doing what their employees do, is good for staff to see this. Also because of some employees stealing is good to be on site when it comes to Ghana. I heard stories of some employees stealing farm eggs to sell for themselves or claim certain number of chickens had died when that was not the case.

Wonderful couple. I noticed how much love and respect comes from Mr Mensa towards his wife, that same love simply reciprocated from Mrs Mensa, which I’m sure is one of the reasons for her trusting her husband in leading the family in this journey. When a man treats his woman right, it is very easy for any woman to uplift the man to his highest achievements. This is what most people need to learn, especially today’s youth. It is not about the ethnicity. It is about maturity within each individual and doing what’s right towards one another.
