That pick from Andrew Van Ginkel reminds me alot of that Jack Jones pick against the Chargers last year. Just reads the quarterback flawlessly to the point that he knows where the ball is going before it's even snapped.

I think my Steelers better draft a Qb next year. That's if Fields thinks he's going to keep playing like he did in Chicago. It would be nice if we can trade up to get Cam Ward. Let's Go Steelers Nation ✊🏾

Every snap Bryce takes I feel more vindicated when I was saying I probably wouldn't draft him with a 7th rd pick and maybe add him to the practice squad if he went undrafted before the draft and got so much flak. Now I wouldn't even put him on a practice squad.
@Nick_Valentine27022 ай бұрын
I don’t think he’s #1 pick worthy but he’s still good. Probably would be better on a different team and if he had sat last year and maybe this year too.

I never understood why people were so high on him like I’m not saying he’s bad he played at Bama but that being said it’s not hard for a QB to look good at Bama Bryce, Tua, Mac, AJ the only Bama QB that looks good is Hurts in my opinion

10k subs on the way. I don’t know I have a great feeling about you. You keep up the consistent quality content I can see you at 100k by the end of this football season. Seems lofty but I believe in you. If you were a stock I’d definitely buy in.

Been meaning to look deeper into it. I was watching the Bears game from the corner of my eye and couldn’t believe they had tied the game seeing their offense.

For as confident as he portrays, he looked extremely nervous/scared in the pocket. Hopefully it’s just rookie jitters, but it’s something to note.

A great series would be looking at pre draft hype/overlook of players who either bust/don’t live up to hype and those who flew under the radar. I never see any content dealing with both pre draft and career trajectory.

I think the funniest part of the Browns is 5 lineman showing absolutely zero hustle lacksidasically walking toward where Watson has fled to. They hate him.

@@footballdoesntmatter I'm a Pats fan and my former roommate is a Browns fan. We went to the 2013 Pats/Browns game at Gillette. Near the end of the game, the Browns are up by like 12 points with a little over 2 minutes left. So naturally we're all pretty bummed. My roommate looks at me and says "you know you guys are gonna win this right? Browns are gonna find a way to fuck this up, I guarantee it." Sure enough, a TD drive, an onside kick, and a questionable PI later, the Pats win the game by 1 point. None of us believed him until it happened. But he knew. He knew all along. "I hate this fucking team so much man." No fans of other teams hate the Browns like Browns fans. And the hatred in your voice for your own team gave it away. (Not that you were trying to hide it lol)

@@ChrisPierreBacon It's a love-hate thing. As in, I love to hate them. I think all Browns fans are just dogs chasing cars. Only, it's Dawgs chasing a Super Bowl ring - we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves once we got it.

@@footballdoesntmatter Well they seem to keep making the dumbest decisions possible, so I dunno if that'll happen any time soon. Meanwhile Baker looks solid on a likely playoff team. I'm sorry you have to go through that

@@ChrisPierreBacon The only possible redeeming thing I ever heard about the whole Watson signing was that it was in part a strategy to price élite QBs out of the capacity of their rival Bengals to afford them. Possibly the Ravens too. Bisacchia _has acted_ as if he resents having to pay Lamar & went to great lengths to try to lure him back without a new contract by over-paying OBJ. I can't tell if it's strictly a $ thing or just longing for the days when they could win without a high-end QB. Even in his best season, Flacco was probably outside the top-10 & he only had one truly decent year. Seen as a tactic of that sort though... It still makes no sense. They made Watson sign something that made it known they were aware of the allegations. Whether true or not (I do not measure truth by how many people say a thing, if this was how truth worked, then everything the Nazis believed was fact) the fact that they _knew_ the guy they wanted to guarantee that much $ to may not be able to show his face publicly ever again makes No Sense.

@ChewsCarefully2 ай бұрын
@@blkkingg 1) After week 6 of '22 Fields called out his coaches publicly for (the *first* time) & the Bears reacted in 2 ways. A) If I'm the HC or the GM who hired him *& I'm **_not_** involved in the effort to "confuse him as to what he's supposed to do on the field"* I would want to find out who tf was sabotaging my QB/team. They did not do this. What they _DID DO_ as if covering up for something was change All Their Plays for 4 weeks during which Fields averaged 31 points a game, then went back to the previous plays for over a year with which they scored on average under 18 points. 2) Look up Caleb Williams vs Justin Fields (College Highlights Year 1- Year 3). Fields is a better QB. 3) After seeing Canales scheme a great passing game with only 2 great WRs, Waldron took over & with the additions of Charbonnet, Bobo & JSN who he misused All Season, Waldron got 20 TDs out of a team that got 30 with half the weapons. So Williams is playing under 2 play-callers known to reduce their respective teams' offense by 33% or more. I can't _wait_ to see how their play-calling 'progresses' throughout the season. Bears' fans: "Fields *sucked* & it had Nothing Whatever to do with play-calling." Also "Getsy's gone & we're glad because he sucked." At what if not play-calling? It's fun to remind people of what they're in denial of. Getsy got to call those 4 games without interference from Eberflus who was worried about being exposed. It was Getsy who got the offense to score 31 points a game. You have Eberflus, the guy who preferred to score 17.3.

People were saying that about Ohio State and that’s why Bryce Young got drafted before a clearly better CJ Stroud. There’s an exception to every rule.
