thanks for your workouts, they help me feel better. My due date is getting closer and I feel heavy, awkward, walking badly. In Italy it is very hot and I hope to meet my baby as soon as possible, because I can't take it anymore 😅

Ah I'm so glad to hear they help you feel a bit better! It's also getting hot here in Japan, and I can't imagine how tough the heat must be while still being pregnant 😅 Not long now though! Wishing all the best for the birth x

That after-workout burn can be quite intense, but thankfully it usually eases with 24-48hrs! Well done on completing the workout!
