So relaxing, & easily incorprated into my morning routine as soon as i wake up. A great way to start the day calmly as i suffer with nervous system problems as a result of cptsd so i often wake up shaking. Many thanks for this.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. I don’t know your experience but have used meditation to self-regulate PTSD symptoms myself and found it tremendously helpful. May you find ease my friend 🙏🏼
