I think the issue with the blue dress is the fabric, it’s very thin so it shows everything, but the design is so cute on you! I do agree it could be like two inches shorter haha

thank you so so much!! i like that it's very low impact because i have bad knees and back. i definitely struggled as a beginner (as you would with trying any new workout) but my studio gives a lot of modifications that are beginner friendly. i would highly recommend :)

I love meal prepping using slow cooker recipes but I make a much larger batch and then freeze individual portions once it has cooled off. That way I have a bunch of different options and don’t have to eat the same meal all week.
