Honestly, videos of these kind should be out more ❤️I suffer with PCOS & I know how conflicting and the surplus of information is out there on the internet which intimidates many people. I've consulted many gynaecologists but all those consultations have been futile(with all due respect to them ). I can vouch for what she is saying. Great work Anwesha ❤️keep going

I tried strict diet no wheat no rice,no junk ,no milk,,but 1 kg bhi km nhi hua ,but jb s tumhre pcod diet dekhe or tumne bola sb khao but in less quantity,,or mne wheat,rice,,milk sb start kiya or mera one mnth m 4 kg loose kiya or i think ek pcod k patient k lye enough h,,body ko kbhi bhi strict mode m nhi le jne chahiye,,i eat ghee with my three meals,,ghee is benefical in pcod...😊

Really good video. I found your tips on point and quite genuine I’ve had PCOS for about 8years now and doing ALL of these things has helped me stay symptom-free most of the time. I’d also like to add that for those who aren’t able to get enough fiber into their diet - brown rice is an excellent substitute for white rice

Hi Anwesha I got full hope tuu reduce ma weight. Even I'm suffering pcod prob, actually I was an athlete I was very thin and ma period was normal after ma mrg kept a full stop fa everything. Then oly everything started. Now trying fa baby but 2 tyms got miscarriage. I saw your video felt very happy. I can understand Hindi a bit only but yur video made me tuu listen fully but really I'm saying I understood almost. Thank you so much.

Im suffering from pcod since along time have switched to docters but nothing helped me in losing weight... i was 85 kilos 8 monthes back and now i weight 78 kgs i changed my lifestyle .... doing hard workout at gym minimum atleast 1hr d above i dedicate in weight training and 20 mints for weight lifting from three monthes... but i always get fluctuation... yesterday wen i recorded my weight it was 77.8 i was super happy but todag it ws 78.5 i bursted in tears ....im currently watching your video and felt very motivated and comfident but ll keep trying until i reach my average body weight.... thanks fr yr videos really gets a smile on my fce thnk u

If your weight is fluctuating within the same day (or even within couple of days) it’s not actual weight gain...or fat gain to be more accurate. This is water weight. Your body is holding on to water (it can be caused either because of hormone fluctuations, too much salt intake, or even if you worked out hard at gym and your muscles are rebuilding). Don’t worry about everyday fluctuations

Saba Khan I have a doubt I'm suffering from this pcod since a year n during starting I used English medicine n did yoga for 3months then cysts are cured again I stopped doing yoga n these cysts appeared again now I'm using homeo medicine issue is my abdomen left side is paining always n I'm afraid to go to gym to loose weight moreover I'm preparing for competitive xms have to sit n study for hours does I get help by going to gym I m doing yoga but no result at alll

u r absolutely ryt mam.. me assamese hu.. aur hmare yha toh din me 3 times sab rice hi khate hn... aur mene bhi last 2months me sirf 30-45 yoga krke aur ghr k kuch kam krke hi.. 8 kgs kam kia weight.. now my period is also regular.. nd i m in love with this lifestyle ❤❤

All d doctors I visited till date for pcos always ask me to cut down dairy products, milk, ghee, rice from my diet.. I am left more stressed as we cannot follow this for more than a month.. Now I eat everything and anything but in very low quantity.. So neither I gain nor I lose weight.

Hi Anwesha m your big fan...seriously ur explanation ur words do magic...u encourage people like us who r suffering from pcod..I was doing gym few months back but suddenly I stop it and I gained 10 kg weight..coz m pcod patient...I feel so depressed n giving up..but when I watch ur videos..I feel there is a hope of losing weight..I can do it again..but there is only one problem I wake up at 6 am as my kids go to school so I have to wake up early but till I drop them in school nd I come back home i feel so sooo dam hungry and I quickly make my breakfast with tea nd gulp it...I have become lazy..my body aches very badly...so plz suggest how to start in this condition...what kind of light exercise should I start..even I have buyed the oziva green nd protein shake also as u suggested in one of ur video..now just tell me how to start .🙏🙏🙏plz suggest

Amr height 5 ft r age 22.. Amake aro kichu ta wt komate hbe.. Bt Amr exercise krte valo lage na.. Amake ki kora uchit tar jnno?? Calorie intake komate hbe??

Anwesha, I follow similar diet. Since an year.have ACV in mrng..with almonds. Breakfast like poha ,idli. Lunch brown rice with dal and fruits in between. Brown rice with dinner. But my pcod and acne has not vome down. I have stress in life due to family problems and i lead a rather sedantary life styoe. My weight has been 60 since 2 yrs . I cannot perform rigorous work out due to health issue..muscular pain related due to trauma. I will try to incorporate light exercises and check if that will help me. I get inspired by you each time I see your video

Every other person and doctor has asked me to give up on rice coz I have pcod & i love eating rice , they treat you as prisoners criminals if unfortunately you have pcod, sad but truth
