I lost 5 kgs in two week, here are thr things i hve followed and still following - i drank atleast 3 litres of water daily - i focused on lean proteins and fiber - i didn't took any fancy recipes just ate whatever mom cooked but i included flaxseed in chapati and started eating lots of veggies - i cutted the half of thr portion from my daily intake. - and sometimes i drink beetroot Nd pomegranate peel powder in lukewarm water. As a girl with pcod this helped me alot, though anyone can do this, if it helps❤
