Was suicidal in summer. Option B: Relaxed okay-paid job. Beautiful region. Potentially loosing the relationship due to relacation. Potential difficulties with living situation (higher expenses, maybe flat alone) Have to decide soon
@vamvam7690Ай бұрын
I know you didn’t ask me but personally I think having a job you enjoy/a job that is fulfilling is very important…after all, as adults we spend the vast majority of our waking lives there…if it makes you miserable and stressed it’s very easy for your whole life to feel miserable and stressed The next biggest chunk of waking time we spend is at home so living somewhere comfortable and nice helps a lot. Also, if you have a relationship make sure it’s adding more to your life and environment than it’s taking from you Obviously we all need adequate money to survive because financial stress is very difficult but most people don’t need wealth, only comfort Prioritising happiness in the parts of life that fill the most time (work life and home life) is a pretty good way to go in my opinion

Whoever needs to hear this: you will lose weight WHATEVER you eat if you’re in a calorie deficit. Things like these will keep you full and healthy, but you could do a diet on burgers and you could still lose weight if you’re in a calorie deficit!! Add berries on this and it’s amazing, but you have to know that if you eat this it means you’re not eating ANYTHING else for breakfast to a lunch that isn’t much bigger either. Plan carefully, because restraining yourself to oats in the morning isn’t going to satisfy you emotionally and it will make you crave comfort foods
@vamvam7690Ай бұрын
Right? So many people make weight loss so complicated…it’s literally just calories in vs calories out Food choices effect nutrition and bodily health but they don’t effect weight loss other than the calories they contain. Obviously making food choices that keep hunger at bay and help keep cravings low by keeping blood glucose stable is helpful for willpower but you can literally eat any food and lose weight if you are burning more calories than you consume on an ongoing basis 🤷♀️

Or just use 100g oats, half a banana (use the other half for topping), water, microwave or boil it until you're ok with the texture, put yogurt on top, the other half of the banana and some berries, it will taste good and it will probably have a similar amount of calories because you use fewer ingredients that aren't calorie dense

My recipe is: 1/4 cup dry oats - 37.50 cal 1 tbsp chia seeds - about 60 cal 1 tbsp hemp seeds - 60 cal 1 tbsp allergen free dark chocolate chips - 40 cal 1 tbsp peanut butter - 100 cal 1/2 + another 1/8 cup vanilla almond milk - 60 cal (I always do 1/2 and then add some extra that amounts to about 1/8 cup because if not, the oats really dry up and it’s a bit nasty to eat) Cinnamon to flavor Vanilla to flavor In the end, it amounts to roughly 360 cal +/- 15 for variance.

I usually do plant based milk partially because I'm lactose intolerant, but mostly because I've never really liked the flavor of normal milk
1. Oats is high in protein and fibre 2. Banana has fibre and antioxidants 3. Almond milk is good for lactose intolerance, high in Vitamin D 4. You can eat literally any kind of food you want to and still lose weight as long as you’re in a caloric deficit…certain food choices make it _easier_ to lose weight because they help keep your blood glucose levels more even which keeps cravings at bay so less chance of losing willpower but you can literally eat any food on earth and still lose weight as long as you are burning more calories than you are consuming on an ongoing basis 🤷♀️
@sollysuliman2357Ай бұрын
@ wait! You mean generally speaking if im craving sweets and sugars means that I’ve got some form of insulin resistance? Im only knowing this now
@vamvam7690Ай бұрын
@@sollysuliman2357 it can mean that but not necessarily. There are reasons why we crave sweet things aside from physical cravings caused by low or unstable blood glucose levels. You can psychologically crave sugary foods too because when we ingest sugar it temporarily increases the level of dopamine in the brain activating the ‘reward centre’ and causing a good, satisfying, happy feeling. We can psychologically crave this ‘reward’ even without a physical craving (although more often than not the physical cravings and mental cravings go hand in hand)
@TheDudeGuyBroManPerson3 ай бұрын
Good desert replacement, torturous/insufficient meal replacement. Pretty much all carbs with some fat and little to no protein. Carbs and proteins are 4 cal per gram and fats are 9 cal per gram. If you want to lose weight, reduce fats from your diet first and increase protein if you aren't eating enough. Protein is also what's going to make you not feel like your starving and reduce hunger. This will only satiate your sweet tooth and won't do much of anything for your hunger.
