Enjoyed the slow pace without a ton of reps. 'Specially liked your muscle explanations: what muscles we're using & what they are used for. A nice add-on to your seated HiiT workout. Could you do a standing HiiT workout too using a ball please? Thank you for doing this for us seniors!
