If there's one thing that I appreciate about Japan is how cute everything seems to be... it's like. There's so much effort put into simple, sweet, happy cute things. And like. How could you not feel just the slightest bit better when everything you buy has a personified little face on it or hearts and stars. It's trivial but it feels like it's a small effort towards someone else's enjoyment and I like that.

The best part of this is that you could do things like egg white with asparagus puree , tamagoyaki-style scramble with chopped cherry tomatoes and herbs, or even super cute deviled eggs! The bento possibilities are endless :D
