Mason Sanchez I think for her method to work, you must use very fresh eggs (they have thicker whites that will hold their shape better than older eggs with watery whites that won’t hold their shape). Also, she cooked them for 8 mins for a just set yolk. For a runny yolk, she recommends cooking 5 minutes. I’m going to give this a try too. If it works, this will be the easiest method for poaching eggs ever.

@markylon some country aren't that familiar with runny yolk. could be caused by difficulty to access fresh and good eggs, or simply just a habit. like, I know some ppl who ridiculed and disgusted by the idea of runny yolk. it's really that unfamiliar for them.

I'm pretty sure all is not what it seems. All the eggs and whites go into the water in one large mass and you can see the whites are messed up then suddenly we see perfect individual poached eggs with no stringy whites. Nope, I'm not buying it!

I been searching for the perfect poached eggs method for a bit. I've tried using vinegar, creating a vortex but I was sooo happy with the result after this video.
