for 3 years taking calcium tablets and milk and cheese and i lift weight but still no improvement to my bone if you age then nothing can fix it

bruh if I reach my 30s Ill just periodically inject test and nandrolone. take some some vitamine d, k2 and calcium. Ill become Iron man

@@ifaq871 i wish it was as easy as you say,at start its fine but you will start getting rusty at 35-36 and it doesnt help much

But your right I put too much stress on my scholders and elbows I trained full body every day and now they are injured and they hurt but if I'm lucky they Jan sping theyr original position that it scratches one another I can feel it and I can tell for shore that will breack them even more but at least they don't burn as bad once they jump from theyr positions

Bro i just turned to 20... Having lied under X ray, doctors said my bones was on the point of being closed... however I'm eager to gain some more inches despite that.... what would you highly recommend for me to apply....i hope you will provide me with indispensable recommendations.....

OK bro I woud do many things but smoking is excluded I don't take drogs and don't drink alcohol but I'm not quitting smoking no one can stay without one of those 3 just look at my father today he started at 9 in the morning now it's 22:20 and his still drinking That's what he calls a party he has to drink with everybody

thanks, now once my bones be come stronger I shall be able to funni tf2 dance with out breaking my legs The edit was changing leg, it was lega so I changed it to legs

Can you be more specific with the smoking part? It’s a bit ambiguos, studies have “shown” what studies? And cigarettes? Tobacco? Nicotine? Marijuana?
